With over 19 years of experience, I work to get the most for my sellers by using my 12-point marketing plan, including utilizing various online resources, door-to-door canvassing of the local neighborhood, mass mailers to potential buyers, open houses, and other resources. When a client is thinking about selling one house to buy another (move-up or downsize), I make sure they are comfortable in knowing they won't be ‘homeless' by selling their home and not finding another home, and I provide my assurances in writing (call me for details). When I first meet a buyer, I listen to what they want/need and inform them on the current market conditions, so that they can make an informed decision on what is best for them and their families.
